  • Manter a comunicação com o cliente por telefone, por e-mail e pessoalmente
  • Agir como um contato entre uma empresa e os seus mercados existentes e potenciais
  • Investigar problemas relatados pelo cliente.
  • Identificar e depurar os problemas do cliente, trabalhando com P&D e equipa de lançamento na resolução de problemas
  • Resolver erros relatados pelo cliente, bem como pela equipa de testes internos
  • Recolher, analisar e responder ao feedback dos clientes
  • Auxilio no desenvolvimento de uma estratégia de marketing internacional
  • Trabalhar com ferramentas corporativas (CRM, e-mail, telefone, redes sociais)
  • Suporte logístico para clientes externos de serviços gerenciados
HORAS DE TRABALHO: 35 Horas por semana
