REQUISITI: Adaptability in an international working environment.
Experience working with classic office tools (Microsoft Office, LibreOffice, etc.) and in the cloud (Drive, Dropbox, etc.).

Corporate communication skills.
RACCOMANDAZIONI: Previous experience in customer success or in business development positions. Spanish language is not a must but a plus.

  • Mantenere la comunicazione con il cliente per telefono, via email e di persona
  • Mantenere e aggiornare i database dei clienti
  • Agire come contatto tra un'azienda e i suoi mercati esistenti e potenziali
  • Indagare sui problemi segnalati dai clienti.
  • Monitorare e risolvere i problemi dei clienti, lavorare con R&S e creare un team per la risoluzione dei problemi
  • Risolvere gli errori segnalati dal cliente e dal team di test interno
  • Raccogliere, analizzare e rispondere ai feedback dei clienti
  • Sostenere lo sviluppo di una strategia di marketing internazionale
  • Lavorare con gli strumenti aziendali quali CRM, e-mail, social media
  • Supporto logistico alle aziende esterne
