TAREAS:
  • Colaborar con otros departamentos para conocer los objetivos empresariales del negocio.
  • Asesorar a los clientes sobre productos y servicios disponibles
  • Mantener comunicación con el cliente por teléfono, a través del correo electrónico y en persona
  • Ayudar a administrar la base de datos de contactos así como participar en las actividades de prospección de clientes (Lead Generation)
  • Preparación de propuestas de negocio y presentaciones
  • Comunicarse con el público objetivo y gestionar las relaciones con los clientes
  • Aplicar estrategias de marketing y desarrollo empresarial para atraer nuevos clientes
  • Realizar llamadas en frío para organizar reuniones con los clientes potanciales
  • Soporte en ventas online en mercados internacionales
  • Trabajar con herramientas corporativas como CRM, correo electrónico, redes sociales
