REQUISITOS: The candidate will be learning and assisting with all the routing tasks to keep the quality of the mobile messaging delivery: SMS routes testing, quality management, stats analytics, support to customer service and following up client's live traffic.

TAREFAS:
  • Aconselhar os clientes sobre produtos e serviços disponíveis
  • Ajuda a gerenciar o banco de dados de contatos e auxiliar nas atividades de geração de leads
  • Usar dados de sistemas de IT para avaliar o desempenho, a qualidade e planejar melhorias
  • Manter e desenvolver o relacionamento com o cliente pessoalmente, por telefone e por e-mail
  • Agir como um contato entre uma empresa e os seus mercados existentes e potenciais
  • Suporte em vendas online em mercados internacionais
  • Controle e análise de dados do processo de vendas
  • Relatórios e comunicação de informações de vendas
  • Trabalhar com ferramentas corporativas (CRM, e-mail, telefone, redes sociais)
HORAS DE TRABALHO: 30 Horas por semana
