REQUISITI: The candidate will be learning and assisting with all the routing tasks to keep the quality of the mobile messaging delivery: SMS routes testing, quality management, stats analytics, support to customer service and following up client's live traffic.

COMPITI:
  • Consigliare i clienti su prodotti e servizi disponibili
  • Aiutare a gestire il database dei contatti e assistere nelle attività di lead generation
  • Utilizzare i dati dei sistemi informatici per valutare le prestazioni, la qualità e pianificare i miglioramenti
  • Mantenere e sviluppare le relazioni con i clienti di persona, per telefono e via email
  • Agire come contatto tra un'azienda e i suoi mercati esistenti e potenziali
  • Fornire assistenza alle vendite online nei mercati internazionali
  • Monitorare e analizzare i dati del processo di vendita
  • Reporting e comunicazione delle informazioni sulle vendite
  • Lavorare con gli strumenti aziendali quali CRM, e-mail, social media
