REQUISITOS: The candidate will be learning and assisting with all the routing tasks to keep the quality of the mobile messaging delivery: SMS routes testing, quality management, stats analytics, support to customer service and following up client's live traffic.

RECOMENDACIONES: - Work can be done remotely but the availability to commute to our offices in Castellon to carry out the training during the first week will be valuable

TAREAS:
  • Asesorar a los clientes sobre productos y servicios disponibles
  • Ayudar a administrar la base de datos de contactos así como participar en las actividades de prospección de clientes (Lead Generation)
  • Usar datos de sistemas automáticos para evaluar el rendimiento, la calidad y las posibilidades de mejorar el plan
  • Mantener y desarrollar relaciones con los clientes en persona, por teléfono y por correo electrónico
  • Cumplir funciones de persona de contacto entre la empresa y sus mercados potenciales y existentes
  • Soporte en ventas online en mercados internacionales
  • Controlar y analizar datos del proceso de ventas
  • Informes y comunicación de información de ventas
  • Trabajar con herramientas corporativas como CRM, correo electrónico, redes sociales
HORAS DE TRABAJO: 30 Horas por semana
