Job duties and responsibilities:

Consult with employers to identify needs and preferred qualifications
Interview applicants about their experience, education and skills
Contact references and perform background checks
Inform applicants about job details such as benefits and conditions
Hire or refer qualified candidates
Conduct new employee orientations
Process paperwork
Posting job ads and organizing resumes and job applications

The quantity and type of activities performed by each intern will depend on his/her interests, knowledge, performance, experience and attitude.

Length of Internship: Minimal internship is 3 months, we suggest 4 or 5 months, however, it can be extended up to 12 months depending upon intern’s performance.

TÂCHES:
  • Assister avec le recrutement et l'évaluation du personnel
  • Aider à concevoir et à animer des séances de groupe visant à développer les compétences relatives à l'employabilité
  • Utiliser une variété d'outils d'évaluation, tels que les preuves de capacité ou personnalité, guides d'intérêts informatiques ou inventaires de compétences,aider les clients à identifier, calirifer et évaluer ses besoins
  • Identifier les habilités, avantages, problèmes et besoins d'une communité
  • Contribuer à la planification stratégique pour le développement à long terme et / ou la gestion des catastrophes
  • Soutenir le service juridique dans les domaines de la fiscalité, des procédures civiles, commerciales et du travail
  • Établissez des liens avec les départements et les organisations qui cherchent à recruter des volontaires (par exemple des organismes de bienfaisance) pour comprendre leur travail et évaluer leurs besoins
  • Traiter la documentation et préparer les rapports relatifs aux activités du personnel (recrutement, embauche, formation, plaintes officielles, évaluations de performance)
  • Coordonner les projets de ressources humaines (réunions, formation, enquêtes, etc.), planifier les rendez-vous et préparer les présentations
