They have fulfillment centers in North Carolina (US), California (LA), Riga (Latvia), Tijuana (Mexico), and Barcelona.

The main activity from this company is to print and ship print-products for e-commerce retailers. They also offer extra tools to help merchants launch and manage their online stores like design help, warehousing services and automatic, white-label fulfillment, marketing services.

The company is growing with the industry, creating tools that online merchants need, and following the trends in the e-commerce market.

This internship is located in Riga, the capital city of Latvia and the biggest metropolis in the Baltics.

REQUISITI: - Native Chinese (Mandarin) language skills;
- Excellent English language skills;
- Great communication skills;
- Ability to work in a dynamic and high-tension environment;
- Actively communicate with potential customers and business partners;
- Chinese market research: e-commerce platforms, competitor analysis, legal aspects, govt. incentives etc.;
- English to Chinese and vice versa translation work;
- Writing social media or blog posts if required by Marketing Department
RACCOMANDAZIONI: - Knowledge of Chinese social media landscape preferable;
- Prior experience in the Chinese business environment preferable;
- Personal interest in e-commerce/tech industry preferable
COMPITI:
  • Assistere il team nel processo decisionale
  • Mantenere la comunicazione con il cliente per telefono, via email e di persona
  • Utilizzare i dati dei sistemi informatici per valutare le prestazioni, la qualità e pianificare i miglioramenti
  • Sviluppo di business attraverso l'acquisizione di nuovi contratti, l'analisi di problemi logistici e la produzione di nuove soluzioni
  • Effettuare ricerche e raccolte di dati per capire l'organizzazione e il suo contesto
  • Preparare proposte commerciali e presentazioni
  • Applicare strategie di sviluppo del business e di marketing per attrarre nuovi clienti
  • Fare ricerche sul mercato e sui prodotti correlati.
  • Agire come contatto tra un'azienda e i suoi mercati esistenti e potenziali
  • Fornire supporto per le traduzioni nella lingua madre dello studente
