REQUISITI: We seek for an Investment Analyst Intern willing to join our team in Avila who can help us with the construction of our little revolution. Incorporation is immediate!

You'll have all the support of the team and we will transmit you all our energy to become the biggest startup in Avila and one of the largest in Spain! Join us and help to democratize investment in renewable energies.
RACCOMANDAZIONI: (a) Location of investment opportunities in renewable energy in target markets.
(b) Analysis of investment opportunities, including in analysis of the regulation, preparation of the business plan and economic valuation of the opportunity.
(c) Preparation and negotiation of economic proposals.
(d) Execution, monitoring, interpretation and evaluation of the Due diligences, coordination of the teams of external advisors.
(e) Negotiation of SPA-type agreements and closing of transactions.
(f) Support in negotiating financing agreements (Project Finance).
COMPITI:
  • Cooperare con altri dipartimenti al fine di raggiungere gli obiettivi aziendali del business
  • Assistere il team nel processo decisionale
  • Mantenere la comunicazione con il cliente per telefono, via email e di persona
  • Fissare e raggiungere gli obiettivi di vendita e di profitto
  • Trattare con appaltatori e fornitori
  • Sviluppo di business attraverso l'acquisizione di nuovi contratti, l'analisi di problemi logistici e la produzione di nuove soluzioni
  • Preparare proposte commerciali e presentazioni
  • Analizzare lo scenario del modello di business
  • Condurre un'analisi dei rischi
  • Analizzare la fattibilità economica e la redditività di un investimento
