COMPITI:
  • Cooperare con altri dipartimenti al fine di raggiungere gli obiettivi aziendali del business
  • Mantenere e aggiornare i database dei clienti
  • Pubblicizzare le offerte di lavoro redigendo e mettendo annunci in diversi media, per esempio giornali, siti web e riviste
  • Selezionare persone per occupare posizioni dirigenziali nelle organizzazioni (Headhunting)
  • Usare i database dei candidati per abbinare la persona giusta al posto vacante del cliente
  • Esaminare le candidature e selezionare i CV
  • Aiutare con le questioni relative al passaporto e all'immigrazione
  • Preparare e gestire i colloqui di lavoro
  • Sviluppare descrizioni e specifiche del lavoro
  • Ricerca di nuovi candidati
