TAREFAS:
  • Manter a comunicação com o cliente por telefone, por e-mail e pessoalmente
  • Ajuda a gerenciar o banco de dados de contatos e auxiliar nas atividades de geração de leads
  • Planeamento para desenvolvimento futuro em linha com objetivos estratégicos de negócios
  • Construindo relacionamentos de longo prazo com os clientes
  • Empregar técnicas de análise de marketing para coletar dados importantes (mídia social, análise da web, rankings etc.): Google AdWords, Facebook e outros canais de publicidade on-line
  • Preparação de material de marketing
  • Procurar parcerias de influenciadores nas redes sociais
  • Apresentar ideias e conceitos finalizados a clientes ou gestores de conta
  • Dirigir as táticas de marketing para os mercados de idiomas nativos
  • Trabalhar com ferramentas corporativas (CRM, e-mail, telefone, redes sociais)
