- Knowledge of digital marketing and online strategies.
- Analytical skills and ability to work with data analysis tools.
- Creativity and strong writing skills.
- Understanding of the travel industry.
- Interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team.
RECOMMENDATIONS: -Previous experience or knowledge of market research and B2C and B2B2C sales.
-Technological background or skills are an asset.

TASKS:
  • Maintain communication with the customer by phone, through email and in person
  • Help managing the contact database and assist with leads generation activities
  • Planning for future development in line with strategic business objectives
  • Building long-term customer relationships
  • Employ marketing analytics techniques to gather important data (social media, web analytics, rankings etc.): Google AdWords, Facebook and other online advertising channels
  • Preparation of marketing material
  • Look for influencer partnerships on social media
  • Present finalised ideas and concepts to clients or account managers
  • Lead the marketing tactics for the native language markets
  • Work with corporative tools (CRM, e-mail, phone, social media)
