The majority of the work will take place in the evening from 19:00 to 23:00 at the venues of our events, in the central area of Malta: Sliema & St. Julian’s.
The rest of the work (lateral projects) will mostly take place in the morning/afternoon from home and is generally coordinated remotely.
RECOMMENDATIONS: Any knowledge of any other language is a plus
Any previous experience in a job with people interaction (face-to-face) is a plus

TASKS:
  • Ensuring events and conferences run smoothly
  • Apply business development and marketing strategies in order to attract new clients
  • Planning and organising events
  • Engaging with individuals and community groups, such as residents' associations, parents' groups and young people
  • Developing new design concepts, graphics and layouts
  • Conceptualize and design visually compelling assets for relevant marketing channels such as email marketing, website, social, advertising, affiliate, and other brand materials
  • Supporting the marketing team in daily administrative tasks
  • Developing creative and original planning solutions to satisfy all parties
  • Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc) and take minutes scheduling appointments, preparing presentations (internally and externally)
  • Coordinate and organize physical activities inside workplace (control, security, management)
WORKING HOURS: 35 hours per week
