You will perform administrative tasks for the managers (chart tracking, reporting, customer reminders ...).
You will be in direct contact with our members and companies

COMPITI:
  • Assistere nella preparazione dei conti
  • Cooperare con altri dipartimenti al fine di raggiungere gli obiettivi aziendali del business
  • Consigliare i clienti su prodotti e servizi disponibili
  • Mantenere la comunicazione con il cliente per telefono, via email e di persona
  • Pianificare lo sviluppo futuro in linea con gli obiettivi strategici del business
  • Preparare proposte commerciali e presentazioni
  • Assistere il responsabile marketing e altri colleghi
  • Applicare strategie di sviluppo del business e di marketing per attrarre nuovi clienti
  • Raccogliere le recensioni e i dati dei clienti al fine di gettare le basi per ulteriori ricerche, design, sviluppo e determinazione degli obiettivi dei test
  • Progettare materiale di comunicazione per una vasta gamma di media: packaging, poster, volantini, stampa su prodotti, ecc.
