REQUIREMENTS: Help implement communication strategies and campaigns, being involved in the creative process.
Responding to client queries
Assisting at external events and supporting with our events, workshops...
Assist in day-to-day management
Support in managing Marlife community
You will perform administrative tasks for the managers (chart tracking, reporting, customer reminders ...).
You will be in direct contact with our members and companies

TASKS:
  • Assisting in the preparation of accounts
  • Cooperate with other departments in order to meet company's business goals
  • Advising customers on products and services available
  • Maintain communication with the customer by phone, through email and in person
  • Planning for future development in line with strategic business objectives
  • Preparing business proposals and presentations
  • Assist the marketing manager and other colleagues
  • Apply business development and marketing strategies in order to attract new clients
  • Collecting client reviews and data in order to lay groundwork for additional research, design, development, and test goals determination
  • Design communication material for a varied range of media: packaging, posters, flyers, print on products, etc.
WORKING HOURS: 35 hours per week
