TAREFAS:
  • Organizar entrevistas para candidatos conforme solicitado pelo cliente
  • Preparação e gestão da seleção
  • Desenvolvimento de descrições e especificações de cargos
  • Ajudar com traduções para o idioma nativo
  • Procurar novos candidatos
  • Processar a documentação e preparar relatórios relacionados às atividades de pessoal (pessoal, recrutamento, treinamento, reclamações, avaliações de desempenho etc
  • Coordenar projetos de RH (reuniões, treinamentos, pesquisas etc) e agendar minutas, preparar apresentações (interna e externamente)
  • Trabalhar com ferramentas corporativas (CRM, e-mail, telefone, redes sociais)
