  • Scrivere la documentazione dettagliata per il funzionamento del programma da parte degli utenti e degli operatori informatici
  • Aggiornare, riparare, modificare e sviluppare il software esistente e le applicazioni generiche
  • Rivedere e riassumere i dati per creare informazioni per la visibilità e il miglioramento dei processi
