TAREFAS:
  • Cooperar com outros departamentos, a fim de atender às metas de negócios da empresa
  • Aconselhar os clientes sobre produtos e serviços disponíveis
  • Manter a comunicação com o cliente por telefone, por e-mail e pessoalmente
  • Ajuda a gerenciar o banco de dados de contatos e auxiliar nas atividades de geração de leads
  • Preparar propostas e apresentações de negócios
  • Comunicar com o público-alvo e gerir as relações com os clientes
  • Aplicar estratégias de desenvolvimento de negócios e marketing para atrair novos clientes
  • Chamadas de vendas para organizar reuniões com clientes em potencial para prospectar novos negócios
  • Suporte em vendas online em mercados internacionais
