REQUIREMENTS: - Knowledge and Interest in the LATAM market to prospect business activities.

- Strong skills in Microsoft Office

- Build a data stack to ensure we optimize results based on the data
- Propose and execute a/b testing in each channel to improve Key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Provide customer insight, combining data with a deep understanding of user needs and habits

TASKS:
  • Cooperate with other departments in order to meet company's business goals
  • Advising customers on products and services available
  • Maintain communication with the customer by phone, through email and in person
  • Help managing the contact database and assist with leads generation activities
  • Preparing business proposals and presentations
  • Communicating with target audiences and managing customer relationships
  • Apply business development and marketing strategies in order to attract new clients
  • Cold calling to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business
  • Support in online sales in international markets
  • Work with corporative tools (CRM, e-mail, phone, social media)
WORKING HOURS: 40 hours per week
