DESCRIPTION OF THE COMPANY: The company with headquarters in the Netherlands is an international distributor of industrial fasteners such as bolts, nuts and screws. They buy and sell worldwide and they are also active with a webshop in Spain.

REQUIREMENTS: - Ability to work autonomously

- Previous experience or knowledge of market research and B2B/B2C and International sales Strategies
- Skills and potential to help with marketing communication, Social media channels (content creation, coordination).
RECOMMENDATIONS: - Ability to multi-task with strong detail-orientation
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing (funnel, copywritting, etc)
- Interest and knowledge about the new digital context and online strategies
- Another modern language is an advantage
- Curious about or familiar with tools like Google Analytics, Google Adwords, and Social Media Paid platforms (Linkedin Ads, Twitter Ads…).
TASKS:
  • Cooperate with other departments in order to meet company's business goals
  • Assist with team decision making
  • Advise customers on available products and services
  • Apply business development and marketing strategies in order to attract new clients
  • Conceptualize and design visually compelling assets for relevant marketing channels such as email marketing, website, social, advertising, affiliate, and other brand materials
  • Support in online sales in international markets
  • Customer support: resolving questions regarding the products or services
  • Help with translations into native language
  • Lead the marketing tactics for the native language markets
WORKING HOURS: 40 hours per week
