COMPITI:
  • Consigliare i clienti su prodotti e servizi disponibili
  • Aiutare a gestire il database dei contatti e assistere nelle attività di lead generation
  • Comunicare con il pubblico di riferimento e gestire le relazioni con i clienti
  • Fornire supporto per le traduzioni nella lingua madre dello studente
  • Elaborare la documentazione e preparare i rapporti relativi alle attività del personale (personale, assunzioni, formazione, reclami formali, valutazioni delle prestazioni)
  • Lavorare con gli strumenti aziendali quali CRM, e-mail, social media
  • Supporto nella redazione di progetti legati alle istituzioni pubbliche e sovranazionali
  • Supportare l'implementazione di nuovi strumenti aziendali nell'organizzazione
  • Collaborare alla creazione di contenuti per il blog aziendale
  • Supportare il team nelle attività amministrative: chiamate, fatturazione, chiusura del trimestre, ecc.
