REQUIREMENTS: We are looking for a person with a versatile profile and, if possible, a technical background capable of leading teams, coordinating corporate events and supporting their organization and preparation.

IMPORTANT: Leadership skills and empathy are essential for the position.

We prefer people with previous work experience. If you do not have it, we can renegotiate the conditions as long as you have a sociable and proactive attitude as well as the necessary skills.

We want to train a person to be able to create a new communication department in the company if you have the necessary skills and experience, we will hire you directly.

RECOMMENDATIONS: A technological background is important because the company in its exhibitions uses high-tech material that must be properly prepared.

Knowledge, studies or previous experience in digital marketing, video editing or photography is an advantage, to be able to work better with the professionals of the team.
TASKS:
  • Event management assistance at local, national and/or international level
  • Gathering information and working with local businesses and visitor attractions
  • Coordinating with the team to use technology in order to improve communication
  • Searching for entities to establish international partnerships
  • Employ marketing analytics techniques to gather important data (social media, web analytics, rankings etc.): Google AdWords, Facebook and other online advertising channels
  • Design communication material for a varied range of media: packaging, posters, flyers, print on products, etc.
  • Plan and organise logistics related to events, buildings, performers or artists and other personnel
  • Research appropriate galleries to find suitable venues to exhibit work
  • Liaise with other professionals, including graphic designers, writers, gallery managers, picture researchers, commissioning editors and art directors
  • Manage and coordinate the company event calendar
WORKING HOURS: 40 hours per week
