  • Consigliare i clienti su prodotti e servizi disponibili
  • Pianificare lo sviluppo futuro in linea con gli obiettivi strategici del business
  • Sviluppo di business attraverso l'acquisizione di nuovi contratti, l'analisi di problemi logistici e la produzione di nuove soluzioni
  • Applicare strategie di sviluppo del business e di marketing per attrarre nuovi clienti
  • Chiamate a freddo per organizzare incontri con potenziali clienti per cercare nuovi affari
  • Mantenere e sviluppare le relazioni con i clienti di persona, per telefono e via email
  • Assistere nella cattura e nell'analisi delle metriche dei social media
  • Assistenza clienti: risoluzione di domande sui prodotti o sui servizi
  • Gestire i clienti esistenti e stabilire nuovi contatti e partnership
