FRONT DESK OPERATIONS INTERNSHIP IN VALENCIA SPAIN

DESCRIPTION OF THE COMPANY: Spanish company with office in Valencia specialized in renting motorbikes for hours or days with a personalized tourist assistance which will help its customers to benefit from pleasant and professional experience.

REQUIREMENTS: Proactive and social personality. Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media tools. Polite skills with clients. Experience in front desk operations.
RECOMMENDATIONS: More than 3 years the car license and some experience driving scooters will be perfect, not neccesary.
TASKS:
  • Maintain communication with the customer by phone, through email and in person
  • Help directing, coordinating and planning essential central services such as reception, security, maintenance, mail, archiving, cleaning, catering, waste disposal and recycling
  • Gathering information and working with local businesses and visitor attractions
  • Managing existing customers and establish new contacts and partnerships
  • Analyse data and identify marketing opportunities
  • Customer support and business development
  • Generating a database of new clients
  • Control customer tracking and inventory management
WORKING HOURS: 20 hours per week

  • English (at least B2)
