REQUISITOS: University degree in Engineering field is required;
Proven experience of at least 2 years as a project assistant for EU funded projects;
Experience in project reporting and administrative tasks related to EU funded projects;
Knowledge of European and international institutions and funding opportunities is an advantage;
Strong creative, strategic, analytical, organizational and personal skills and clearly demonstrated communication skills for both English and Spanish (written and oral);
“Hands-on” approach together with a high commitment in respecting working deadlines;
Availability to travel for partner meetings and events abroad.
RECOMENDAÇÕES: University degree in Engineering field is required;
Proven experience of at least 2 years as a project assistant for EU funded projects.
TAREFAS:
  • Cooperar com outros departamentos, a fim de atender às metas de negócios da empresa
  • Auxiliar na tomada de decisão da equipa
  • Auxiliar no planejamento e organização de feiras e convenções de carreira.
  • Planeamento para desenvolvimento futuro em linha com objetivos estratégicos de negócios
  • Preparar propostas e apresentações de negócios
  • Monitorar e analisar métricas de desempenho e sugerir melhorias
  • Coordenar com a equipe para usar a tecnologia para melhorar a comunicação
HORAS DE TRABALHO: 40 Horas por semana
