TÂCHES:
  • Conseiller les clients sur les produits et services disponibles
  • Maintenir la communication avec le client par téléphone, à travers l'adresse email et la personne
  • Aider dans l'administration de base de données de contats ainsi que participer dans les activités de prospection clientèle
  • Traiter avec les fournisseurs et les les fournisseurs
  • Communiquer avec le public objectif et gestionner les relations avec clients
  • Attention au client : ressoudre des doutes sur les productus ou services
  • Donner du support avec les traductions relatives à la langue native de l'étudiant
  • Travailler avec des outils d'entreprise comme CRM , adresse e-mail, réseaux sociaux
HEURES DE TRAVAIL: 40 heures par semaine
