You have good analytical skills
You have a can-do attitude and you can do your work from multiple perspectives
You have a previous experience working in a customer service environment
TASKS:
  • Cooperate with other departments in order to meet company's business goals
  • Assist with team decision making
  • Advise customers on available products and services
  • Maintain communication with the customer by phone, through email and in person
  • Preparing business proposals and presentations
  • Maintaining and updating customer databases
  • Collect and analyse user feedback
  • Help setting goals, defining roles and scheduling tasks
  • Follow up with the sales pipeline
WORKING HOURS: 40 hours per week
LANGUAGES:
  • English (at least B2)
