REQUIREMENTS: - To have achieved with success at least 4 years of architectural studies

- be able to use at least one CAD software and ideally Sketchup + Vectorworks and Adobe Suite

- be ready to learn Vectorworks in a BIM workflow.

- be motivated, ponctual, able to take initiatives, enthousiast and flexible.

- be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

- be able to speak french or english

TASKS:
  • Producing detailed workings, drawings and specifications
  • Preparing 2D and 3D presentation/design drawings (infography)
  • Calculate metrics to produce valid estimates
  • Drawing and 3D modeling
  • Design development drawings and collaborate with the production staff for technical details and completion of construction drawings
  • Produce sketches and renderings of limited or variable complexity
  • Collaborate with engineers, architects etc. to determine the specifications of the project
  • Prepare documentations for obtaining permits and licenses from appropriate authorities
  • CAD modeling and render models
  • Work with BIM software for design and project management
WORKING HOURS: 35 hours per week
LANGUAGES:
  • English (at least B2)
  • French (at least A2)
