TAREFAS:
  • Cooperar com outros departamentos, a fim de atender às metas de negócios da empresa
  • Auxiliar na tomada de decisão da equipa
  • Aconselhar os clientes sobre produtos e serviços disponíveis
  • Manter a comunicação com o cliente por telefone, por e-mail e pessoalmente
  • Auxiliar o gerente de marketing e outros colegas
  • Manter e desenvolver o relacionamento com o cliente pessoalmente, por telefone e por e-mail
  • Produzir e encomendar informações turísticas, escrever comunicados de imprensa e informações para guias de turismo/ boletins informativos
