CUSTOMER SUCCESS SPECIALIST IN PAMPLONA SPAIN
We are looking for a customer service professional with previous experience or with interest in growing in the IT sector:
-Cooperate with other departments in order to meet company's business goals
-Advising customers on products and services available
-Maintain communication with the customer by phone, through email and in person
-Help managing the contact database and assist with leads generation activities
-Planning for future development in line with strategic business objectives
-Building long-term customer relationships
-Present finalised ideas and concepts to clients or account managers
-Building long-term relationships with new and existing customers
-Work with corporative tools (CRM, e-mail, phone, social media)
-Support the implementation of new corporate tools in the organization
-An empathic person with social sensitivity, who likes to interact with high-tech products.
-Strong communication and organizational skills.
-Integrate and represent the company's corporate identity.
-Interested in the following fields: Healthcare, Communication and Marketing, Sales, and Client support.
-Previous experience or knowledge of B2B services.
-Health sciences background or IT skills are an asset.
-Technological background or skills are an asset.
