| DESCRIPTION: |
As a Product Owner in the company, the most important task is to be the intermediary between the head office, business, and IT departments. You will transfer the business vision to the development team ensuring that they interpret and define their tasks correctly. Tasks related to the position are: - Develop and analyze suitable KPI models to keep under control and improve the information monitoring systems on specific areas of interest. - Define, maintain and track product KPIs and roadmap, and have the backlog ready before each sprint. - Cooperate with other departments in order to meet the company's business goals. - Planning for future development in line with strategic business objectives. - Dealing with contractors and suppliers. - Manage and organize information using statistical software. - Customer support and business development. - Work with corporative tools (ERPs/CRM, e-mail, phone, social media). |
| REQUIREMENTS: |
A) If you have a business profile, we recommend previous experience or knowledge working with software like ERP, KPI, etc... B) If you have a technical profile, we recommend previous experience or knowledge in business management or logistics. - A & B are important because the offered position implicates being the intermediary between the business and IT departments: That means understanding and transferring the business vision to the technical requirements, ensuring that the development team interprets and defines them correctly. Other requirements: - Previous experience as a Product Owner in an Agile environment in an online business. - Previous experience in managing technological developments. - Strategic and visionary skills. - Ambitious person, perfectionist, and able to adapt to a very dynamic environment. - Ability to understand and communicate complex ideas to different audiences. - Excellent verbal and written skills. |
