FRONT DESK ASSISTANT INTERNSHIP IN CALATAYUD SPAIN

DESCRIPTION OF THE COMPANY: This is a network of language academies with headquarters in Madrid, this company has academic centers throughout the Spanish territory, and they give personalized support to companies and students of all ages and levels.
LOCATION: Calatayud (Spain)
SIZE: 50-250
DURATION: 6 months
START DATE: As soon as possible

REQUIREMENTS: Familiarity with office machines (e.g. fax, printer etc.)
Knowledge of office management and basic bookkeeping
Strong communication and people skills
Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities
Problem-solving skills
Customer service orientation
RECOMMENDATIONS: Previous experience as front desk representative, agent or similar position.

High School diploma; additional qualifications in accounting or administration will be a plus.

Language lover with multiple languages background is a highlight because the internship is in an international language school and the company want to hire after the training period.
TASKS:
  • Advising clients on products and services available
  • Maintain communication with the customer by phone, through email and in person
  • Carrying out research and data collection to understand the organisation and its context
  • Preparing business proposals and presentations
  • Manage and organise information using statistical software
  • Maintaining and updating customer databases
  • Apply business development and marketing strategies in order to attract new clients
  • Maintain and develop customer relationships in person, by phone and through email
  • Customer support: resolving questions regarding the products or services
  • Work with corporative tools (CRM, e-mail, phone, social media)
WORKING HOURS: 30 hours per week
LANGUAGES:
  • English (at least B2)
