DESCRIPTION OF THE COMPANY: This young and dynamic company is looking for students finishing their studies or recently graduated, with knowledge in digital marketing to work with them and develop their activity in the worldwide markets.

It will be the opportunity for you to participate in the activity of a real disruptive startup with a big NEW idea - offering to students like YOU affordable travels around the world.

As their main target, you will be able to understand what are the consumer's needs and then implement the digital marketing strategy to increase their visibility and the traffic on their website.

Company is part of an incubator based in Munich, you will be inside a promising team with a long-term vision and ambitious goals.

REQUIREMENTS: • You are the first person your friends will ask to get the best travel deals
• Good English, verbal and written
• Be flexible, able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and Team player not afraid of showing initiative
• You have an understanding of good design and best worked with Photoshop or similar before
RECOMMENDATIONS: • You will be in charge of the safety information for our valued customers. You will be serving tomato juice if necessary
• You will develop and establish the marketing concept of the company online and offline
• You will be outside doing field tests and rolling out our guerilla strategies
• You will work on our rebranding and be targeting our niche customer group
TASKS:
  • Help managing the contact database and assist with leads generation activities
  • Understanding and interpreting data
  • Ensuring events and conferences run smoothly
  • Help monitoring financial news using specialised media and source planning
  • Using data from IT systems to evaluate performance, quality and plan improvements
  • Maintaining and updating customer databases
  • Collect and analyse user feedback
  • Managing client conversion funnel
  • Applying inbound marketing strategies
  • A/B testing
WORKING HOURS: 40 hours per week
