REQUIREMENTS: Computer basics (Office, Email, Excel useful)
· Good numeracy
· Excellent communication skills (e-mail, phone)
· Able to relate to customers, transporters, team members and other departments appropriately and switch easily between them.
· SAP and Transport Management system desirable
TASKS:
  • Cooperate with other departments in order to meet company's business goals
  • Assist with team decision making
  • Understanding and interpreting data
  • Help investigating and planning the most appropriate route for a shipment, taking into account the specific characteristics of the type of cargo, cost, transit time and security
  • Arranging courier and specialist hand-carry services
  • Maintaining communication and control through all phases of the journey, including the production of management reports and statistical and unit-cost analysis
  • Using IT systems to manage stock levels, delivery times and transport costs
  • Maintaining and updating customer databases
  • Building long-term customer relationships
  • Work with corporative tools (CRM, e-mail, phone, social media)
WORKING HOURS: 35 hours per week
LANGUAGES:
  • Romanian / moldavian / moldovan Native
  • English (at least B2)
