REQUIREMENTS: We are looking for a creative and extroverted person, passionate about photography and videos.
Good knowledge of Office
RECOMMENDATIONS: Good command of Photoshop and Illustrator
French is a plus
TASKS:
  • Cooperate with other departments in order to meet company's business goals
  • Maintain communication with the customer by phone, through email and in person
  • Carrying out research and data collection to understand the organisation and its context
  • Event management assistance (conferences, seminars, receptions and exhibitions)
  • Apply business development and marketing strategies in order to attract new clients
  • Devising and planning tours, and arranging itineraries
  • Planning and organising events
  • Employ marketing analytics techniques to gather important data (social media, web analytics, rankings etc.): Google AdWords, Facebook and other online advertising channels
  • Design communication material for a varied range of media: packaging, posters, flyers, print on products, etc.
  • Supporting the marketing team in daily administrative tasks
WORKING HOURS: 20 hours per week
