We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Support Representative. Fluent French is essential for this role as you'll be assisting our French-speaking clients with their inquiries and providing exceptional support. Responsibilities: - Provide technical assistance to customers regarding the operation of our electric vehicle chargers, both by phone and email. - Diagnose and resolve technical problems, offering practical and effective solutions to the French and English-speaking markets. - Provide technical guidance on the installation and proper use of our products. - Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email, phone, and live chat in French. - Provide information, troubleshoot issues, and resolve customer concerns effectively - Collaborate with other teams to ensure swift resolution of customer issues. - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. - Identify opportunities for process improvement to enhance the customer experience. |
| REQUIREMENTS: |
- Fluency in English and French, both spoken and written is essential. - Fluency in Italian and Portuguese is highly valued. - Software knowledge - Experience or knowledge in computing, especially in networks and operating systems. - Knowledge of electricity, especially in the context of charging systems for electric vehicles. - Ability to work in a team - Previous experience in customer support or a related field. - Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. |
