BUSINESS DEVELOPER & CUSTOMER SUCCESS SPECIALIST IN DONOSTIA-SAN SEBASTIAN (FRENCH NATIVE)
We are looking for a French-speaking person for a business development position with customer success functions.
The main tasks to be performed are to expand our customer base and to take care of it:
Cooperate with other departments in order to meet the company's business goals.
Advising customers on products and services available.
Maintain communication with the customer by phone, through email and in person.
Help managing the contact database and assist with leads generation activities.
Planning for future development in line with strategic business objectives.
Building long-term customer relationships.
Researching legal, technical and scientific phraseology to find the correct translation.
Preparation of marketing material.
Present finalised ideas and concepts to clients or account managers.
Work with corporative tools (CRM, e-mail, phone, social media).
-An empathic person with social sensitivity, who likes to travel and interact with high-tech products.
-Strong communication and organizational skills.
-Integrate and represent the company's corporate identity.
-Interested in the following fields: VR, Healthcare, Communication and Marketing, Sales, and Client support.
-Commissions for sales will be paid together with your monthly salary.
-Previous experience or knowledge of market research and B2B sales.
-Health sciences background or skills are an asset.
-Technological background or skills are an asset.
