The company is dedicated to online medical education, courses and master classes in a variety of paramedical treatments with the support of the University of Vienna .

Today, this company is a leading e-learning platform for medical ultrasound with a strong pipeline of further medical product expansions.
The rapidly growing platform now includes 7 diploma courses, premium membership services and 2 applications.
Diploma courses can also be accredited internationally by accreditation bodies in USA and Europe as further medical education.

REQUIREMENTS: Excellent knowledge of PC/ Internet/ MS Office
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Basic understanding of online business
Excellent English Knowledge (additional Spanish knowledge is an advantage)

Experience in correspondence with customers (English)
TASKS:
  • Advising clients on products and services available
  • Maintain communication with the customer by phone, through email and in person
  • Help managing the contact database and assist with leads generation activities
  • Setting and achieving sales and profit targets
  • Communicating with target audiences and managing customer relationships
  • Assist the marketing manager and other colleagues
  • Collect and analyse user feedback
  • Maintain and develop customer relationships in person, by phone and through email
  • Customer support and business development
  • Work with corporative tools (CRM, e-mail, phone, social media)
WORKING HOURS: 30 hours per week
