REQUISITI: We are looking for a person with basic knowledge of accounting who wants to join an international team within a port company
RACCOMANDAZIONI: We are in the port area of Valencia and we work with ships, so we value positively knowledge of logistics or experience in maritime issues.
COMPITI:
  • Assistere nella preparazione dei conti
  • Occuparsi della contabilità di base
  • Conoscenza dei sistemi contabili computerizzati
  • Cooperare con altri dipartimenti al fine di raggiungere gli obiettivi aziendali del business
  • Assistere il team nel processo decisionale
  • Elaborare i pagamenti e le fatture
  • Contribuire alla revisione delle spese, dei registri delle retribuzioni, ecc.
  • Aggiornare la contabilità passiva ed eseguire le riconciliazioni
  • Assistere nell'elaborazione di bilanci, conti economici e altri rendiconti finanziari in conformità alle linee guida legali e finanziarie
