OFFICE MANAGER ASSISTANT INTERNSHIP IN MARBELLA (SPAIN)

DESCRIPTION OF THE COMPANY: The company is located in Marbella and functions as an aircraft charter and deals with various aspects of the field such as leasing and sales.

REQUIREMENTS: We are looking for somebody with advanced knowledge of English and Spanish, 0,5-1,5 years of relevant experience. The successful candidate should be able to prioritize work, multitask, have time management skills and ability to work with deadlines. You should also have the necessary documents to work and live in Spain. Work conditions are 10.00-19.00 Monday to Friday, in the office. Sometimes overtime work is required. A permanent job can be offered at the end of the internship.
RECOMMENDATIONS: Main duties are answering the phone calls in English and Spanish, managing office supplies and communication with suppliers, preparing receipts for the accountant, printing/scanning documents, ordering office supplies, other daily tasks as may be requested by the colleagues/Director.
TASKS:
  • Cooperate with other departments in order to meet company's business goals
  • Assist with team decision making
  • Help managing the contact database and assist with leads generation activities

  • Filing and indexing paperwork

WORKING HOURS: 40 hours per week
