BACK OFFICE ASSISTANT IN MADRID SPAIN

DESCRIPTION OF THE COMPANY: Multinational company with delegations around the world specialized in support services in the field of human resources and quality of workspaces.
LOCATION: Madrid (Spain)

TASKS:
  • Cooperate with other departments in order to meet company's business goals
  • Maintain communication with the customer by phone, through email and in person
  • Help managing the contact database and assist with leads generation activities
  • Dealing with contractors and suppliers
  • Preparing a Cost-Benefit Analysis
  • Analysing financial viability, profitability and capital requirements
  • Work with corporative tools (CRM, e-mail, phone, social media)
  • Support the implementation of new corporate tools in the organization
WORKING HOURS: 40 hours per week
LANGUAGES:
  • English (at least B2)
  • Spanish (at least B2)
