REQUIREMENTS: We are reinventing the way to buy or sell online secondhand high-quality bicycles for cycling and triathlon. We are a Valencia-based startup... And we are hiring! We are looking a passionate cycling lover. Do you love bicycles? Do you want to apply all your knowledge to our team? Do your friends ask you for advice when buying a bicycle? Then, you may be our man.
We'll offer you an internship, with a view of hiring afterward the internship has ended.

Requirements
We like people looking for a challenge in our company. You can apply all the knowledge you have learned during your study, and we will make sure that you improve your skills.

-Be a native Portuguese speaker is a must. Please do not apply if you do not have good communication skills (both speaking and writing)
-Essential being a cycling passionate and bicycles lover. If you practice cycling, you're our man.
-Fluency in Social Media.
-Knowledge of digital marketing and online businesses
-Basic level in Spanish
RECOMMENDATIONS: - Skills in graphic design to create online content
- Previous experience in digital marketing is an asset.
- Knowledge of marketing and promotion (Facebook Ads, Adwords...)
- Knowledge of email marketing and experience using MailChimp or similar tools
- Copywriting skills. Have you created web content? Good! Are you able to construct a well-written article about cycling? Better!
- Experience in customer support.
TASKS:
  • Cooperate with other departments in order to meet company's business goals
  • Advise customers on available products and services
  • Maintain communication with the customer by phone, through email and in person
  • Apply business development and marketing strategies in order to attract new clients
  • Preparation of marketing material
  • Organize and oversee advertising/communication campaigns at social media
  • Create online content (blog post, video reviews, guest blogging)
  • Help define and apply brand identity to e-commerce web business site
  • Customer support and business development
  • Work with corporative tools (CRM, e-mail, phone, social media)
WORKING HOURS: 35 hours per week
