CUSTOMER SUCCESS MANAGER SPECIALIST IN VALENCIA SPAIN

DESCRIPTION OF THE COMPANY: Spanish company located in Valencia specializing in software development used to process the data, as well as all the other material required for the marketing and sales of the product. Such software can be used for analysis and organization of all kinds of products and a variety of companies.

REQUIREMENTS: ● Communicative and empathic skills, both spoken and written.
● Knowledge of Office Suite / Google Suite (especially Excel).
RECOMMENDATIONS: ● Experience in catalog and e-commerce applications.
● Customer service experience.
● Knowledge in user experience design.
● Knowledge of the SAAS market.
● Knowledge of PHP, MySQL, JavaScript (+ JQuery).
● Knowledge of HTML markup language and CSS styles
TASKS:
  • Maintain communication with the customer by phone, through email and in person
  • Maintaining and updating customer databases
  • Devising possible solutions to anticipated problems
  • Ensuring that storage and archiving procedures are functioning correctly
  • Solve reported errors by the customer as well as by the internal testing team
  • Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails
  • Providing support to users and being the first point of contact for error reporting.
  • Interact as a link between our customers and the technical team
  • Help in the definition of our technical challenges to improve our services.
WORKING HOURS: 40 hours per week
