We are looking for someone to support our Developer Relations' team.
Our DevRel team manages the communication with our candidate developers and clients. They evaluate a number of software developers from around the world and decide if the roles we are working on are a fit for their skills and experience. To the developers we contact, DevRel needs to explain the opportunity, assess if their profile is a fit, schedule an interview with them and decide if they can be presented to the client.
In order to keep a good flow of developers sent to our clients on a weekly basis, we need to engage with a lot of engineers worldwide and we do this initially via email.
We're looking for someone who will help our DevRel team answering these emails, re-writing clients' job offers and supporting other daily activities. Further responsibility is to identify where the process and our internal tools can be improved in order to increase effectiveness and process flow.
WORKING HOURS: 40 hours per week
